Fifteen statements to help you see where you stand today on narrative, passion and platforms, and which one to work on first.
A set of long-term forces I call the Big Shift is producing two things at once: mounting performance pressure, and exponentially expanding opportunity. Fear is the understandable response to the first, and it is what keeps us from seeing the second.
Three pillars of positive emotion carry us past it. An opportunity-based narrative is the catalyst. The passion of the explorer is the fuel. Learning platforms are the accelerant. Each one makes the next possible, and the greatest impact comes when all three are working together.
This is not a personality test, and the pillars are not stages you graduate from. They describe where you are right now, which in my experience changes faster than people expect once they decide to look.

One thing before you begin. None of this asks you to stop feeling afraid or uncomfortable with uncertainty. Fear never fully disappears, and it is a reasonable response to real pressure. The question is whether you have what you need to move forward effectively while still feeling it.
Each pillar scores from 5 to 25.
Below 12 is not yet started, 12 to 18 is emerging, 19 and above is established. Your reading appears here once you have answered all fifteen statements.
